Last night I went to the pharmacy to buy a thermometer..I waited In line only, to be told that a store manager has to come up and open the case....it took 12 to 15 mins and the manager came and opened the case...I received my product and I got back in line at the pharmacy. I was the 5th person in line ...I finally get to the counter, I was told if you are not picking up a prescription...you have to go to the other side of the store and get in line ...by this time I was already been there for a hour ...I looked at the other lines they were very long ...I just told the person thanks I will go elsewhere...there was no courtesy shown....there are no signs stating what I was told..I actually watched others get items other than pharmacy items rung up before me...I just wanted to be treated fair
A certain pharmacist doesn't do his due diligence to have meds available to me q28 days always telling me what I have when I CAN'T get 28 day meds I was told to get them somewhere else after 16 YEARS OF CONSTANT SERVICE I WAS ALSO TOLD I WOULD NOT GET ANY TIER 1 DRUGS WITHOUT OTHER MEDS , . MONTHS THAT HAVE 31 DAYS SEEMS TO AFFORD HIM TAKE TO EXTRA DAY S TO C DISPENSE MEDS THAT AFFECT MY ADL ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS BECAUSE OF THE OWNER I REFUSE TO NOTIFY DEA , DIV OF AGING IT MY INSURER AS NOT TO CAUSE ANY PROBLEMS FOR THE OWNER , BUT I TIRE OFF THE FLIPPANT COMMENT MADE BY ONE WHO SEEMINGLY IS INSULTING , NEXT TIME IT HAPPENS MY ATTORNEY NOTIFY ALL INTERESTED PARTIES‼️
They deliver your message and have you in and out for your doctor's visits
I currently work at a senior citizen living community, and Imran Pharmacy is by far the worst pharmacy that my residents use. I have helped several residents switch from Imran pharmacy to a different pharmacy because Imran Pharmacy is a constant issue. They never deliver prescriptions in a timely manner. I have had to call day after day after day just to get them to bring pills for my residents. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Their pharmacy staff is also very rude. I would use any other pharmacy in the world before this one. Beware!
I find this pharmacy a far cry better than most. I see young people getting some work experience and the leadership is clear. I can not speak on delivery but pick up is quick and easy. They are cordial and thorough. This is the only pharmacy I use now.
