I booked an appointment here a month and a half in advance. I drove 2 hours away for my appointment to arrive and have them tell me that they accidentally cancelled my appointment, didn’t notify me, (when they meant to cancel someone else’s) and then filled my appointment time with another customer. I asked if the masseuse could see me after that person because I drove from 2 hours away for this. The answer was “no she’s going home after.” The only solution that was offered was for me to book another appointment for another day and come back. Unfortunately very disappointed in the lack of customer service.

In motion has always been a saving grace in times of need in short notice. I’ve been going here for years, the staff and services are too tier!! Highly recommend.

Moved here in 2021, left behind an amazing sports injury therapist. Was looking for someone who did the same or similar. Co worker recommended Dr. Brendan. Went and saw him, and I swear by him!!! They are accommodating, friendly, warm, and wonderful. Just tonight (November 14th, 2024), I had a massage from Vanessa. Highly recommend her to deal with the knots and tightness in the neck and back!!! Amazing crew!!!

Staff are very professional and knowledgeable. I've had laser, shock wave, acupuncture and chiropractic work with great results. I also appreciate the additional recommendations that the staff provide for treatments.
