Such a family oriented facility. The nursing staff is truly dedicated and clearly cares deeply about the residents. They consistently strive to provide a positive difference in the lives of their residents/patients, offering both comfort and essential support not only to the patients, but also to their families. I would confidently recommend this facility to anyone seeking high-quality nursing services.
This building is so nice. I was visiting today and the dietary stay was passing out warm bread pudding to all the residents, visitors and staff. The residents seem so happy here.
My grandma has been there for a few years now and has always gotten amazing care. The facility is always clean and she enjoys the activities that are there as well.
If you want to trust your loved in a facility claiming to be a REHABILITATION Center; DO NOT go to Indian Lake Rehabilitation. They promise to support you with their commitment to helping your loved one however, if there is an opportunity to “get rid of them” to fill that bed with another patient; they will do that in a heartbeat. Paying cash? THE ADMINISTRATION does not listen to your concerns for their decision in releasing your family member. My family was told that they would assist in guiding us through the process of getting specific care that did NOT happen!! If you can’t trust medical “ professionals” then who can you trust? Extremely poor communication between reporting to insurance/family. This facility provides minus (-)1 care but the lowest grade I could give was a 1. Check a
They have a great overall environment, you can really tell the employees here care about what they are doing. I would recommend any and everyone to come here
