By far the worst spa experience I have ever had. Where do I begin… I filled out the paperwork online and it clearly said to arrive early and be ready for your appointment time. I did but the spa was locked. I had to wait in my car until after my scheduled start time. I was greeted by my tech in her coat and boots. Immediate first impression, it smelled old and stale. The pictures on line are very misleading. The bathroom was dirty with pee on the seat. The room was cold and even with a space heater it didn’t warm up well. It’s obvious they were late and weren’t prepared. She didn’t give me a traditional massage, at times it felt like she was nodding off to sleep because she would stop and start for no real reason. Have been going to Inspiring hands for over 5 years now. This place is simply amazing, and I would defiantly recommend it to anyone to just give them a try. There has not been one time that I did not feel comfortable at this spa. Any issues or body concerns I had walking in that day were addressed and tended to well. Worth every penny.

Had my first facial and massage here as a gift from my husband. Kelsey did my facial and was very nice and explained what she was doing and using. Everything smelled nice and loved the warm towels. Jerry did my massage and was lovely to chat with as we both had a background in working in schools. He explained what he was doing and coached me on how to lay or position myself and I felt extremely comfortable. Towards the end he massaged and stretched my neck a second time and it was wonderful😊 they had a heated table and played soft music. Will definitely come back for a couples massage!

I highly recommend Inspiring Hands Massage and Spa. I have been working with the owner, Crystal, for over a decade and have never been disappointed. Crystal’s expansive knowledge of various massage techniques and how they help soothe the body and mind, as well as her clear passion for her craft, are what keeps me coming back time and time again. She checks in prior to each session to ask what your massage needs are (relaxation, pain, etc) and tailors your time to meet those needs. The ambience of her spa room is relaxing and serene making the space and service the perfect combination for unwinding, relaxing, and resetting.

I went in to Inspiring Hands for a couples massage yesterday, and Sage worked on me. She did an amazing job! I came in with severe shoulder pain that had been plaguing me for weeks. She was very communicative, making sure her methods weren’t causing me too much pain and finding what seems to help the most. Today I only have very mild pain for the first time in weeks and my back and shoulder finally have the tension and tightness relieved from them. I am very grateful to Sage and her expertise in helping relieve my shoulder pain. The rest of the massage was great too, especially my arms and hands. The mocktails were also delicious. I highly recommend Sage and Inspiring Hands. What a great experience!
