My experience had been hit and miss to be honest. I’ve called a few times to get my diabetic supplies and meds, and there have been 1-2 very helpful and knowledgeable ppl and 1-2 individuals that have no idea what they’re doing and telling me insulin is not covered for a type 1 diabetic and no idea about prescriptions for insulin pump supplies, etc. I’m just praying moving forward the process will be smoother now that I have completed the transfer of all my scripts etc over to them. 🙏

The pharmacy techs are so expert at everything they do - finding applicable discounts for very expensive medications, answering questions about prescription substitutions, confirming payment for expensive orders, and communicating with patients to do the best they can to make sure patients have the medications they need as prescribed by their physicians. I would like to specifically call out Suzanne who did all she was able to do to get my prescriptions out in a very timely manner right before Father's Day weekend. Hey communication with me, and then with the pharmacists, worked to get my order on my doorstep the very next morning! I most definitely did NOT expect that to arrive so quickly. Nadine went way and above what she needed to do to get me a discount by finding an online coupon. She is saving me $40. per month I do appreciate her customer service, and Intermountain Home Delivery.

I have been using the mail order pharmacy for a couple of years and the employees are professional and polite. Today I received a call from Kaes with a follow up on a recent prescription from my doctor. Wow! What a professional, he was proactive in his questions to assure there were no issues to resolve at a later date. Very polite and a pleasure to work with, he was able to take of a potential problem with my address change. He suggested a later shipping date allowing the meds to arrive at my new address with no interruption in my medication.

It was fine during the pandemic. Then during this last Christmas I went to refill meds for my adult disabled daughter, who I am now the legal guardian of since she is over the age of 18 and it was found through much legal paperwork that she isn't capable of being independent, only to wait a week and come to find out that they weren't going to ship her meds because they needed a new prescription. Even though there shouldn't have been a need since she had several refills left. These meds are part of her bodies way of functioning daily. When I decided to call her doctor to say what had happened, he confirmed that the prescription was fine for a few more months. So I decided to go with a local pharmacy.
