I have been dealing with severe neck, pain and lower back pain for years. I saw Sarah and she helped me with a bunch of stretches and she is a wealth of knowledge. Her massage was amazing. But I definitely felt the benefits of her stretching style.

Sarah is amazing!! I originally had my first massage with her through class pass. I felt very comfortable right from the beginning. She talked to me about what areas I wanted to focus on etc. After the massage, she discussed different massage techniques and stretches in order to help my problem areas. She is definitely very knowledgeable in what she does. And I always feel so relaxed and loose after my massages. I really trust her knowledge in the profession and I plan to be a long term client!

I am so appreciative of Sarah! She is easy to communicate with, great at listening to my concerns, and she is able to perform deep tissue. I deal with chronic pain and tightness, and she goes beyond the massage to also consider what might be causing some of my issues and approach them using different methods. Every massage looks different based on what I need. Sarah is the first massage therapist that I have scheduled with so regularly and I highly recommend her. Plus the setup is very cozy and comfortable.

Five stars isn't enough! I just had the most incredible lymphatic drainage massage with Sarah, and I'm still floating on cloud nine. The gentle, intentional strokes and pressure points were absolute magic, melting away tension and leaving me feeling light, renewed, and utterly relaxed. I could feel the toxins and stress draining out of my body, and my skin is still radiating a healthy glow. The atmosphere was serene, the music was soothing, and Sarah is truly gifted at what they do. If you're looking for a truly restorative experience, look no further!
