This is crazy I am 57 now and my kids are adults. My ex skipped paying child support all these years by working under the table. Well now he applied for social security so they take it out of his check. Im finally getting help hahaha those of you who try to contact a customer service person. Good luck. Why am I even writing a review when it seems every review on here is negative and they never even respond or try to fix the problem? I am owed almost 30k in back child support and I can never reach anyone at the office. He has a job and is driving a brand new car all around town, so clearly if they did take his license, that isnt a factor in his life. How about do something about this problem that seems to be effecting so many people in the state instead of letting them get away with this their entire lives? Pathetic. Nobody in this office even works on their cases.

These people who run this office are sick, they are so quick to take every dime I make, but can't even get a call back, say they sent review papers and I didn't send back in, they didn't send anything to me ... I've been trying to reach someone for months ! What they do to people who Ashley a good father to there kids , and the mother just keeps the kids away and collects almost 2,000 a dollars a month , they made me lose my job I worked for years cause I couldn't afford my car anymore so it got repo and now I lost my job ! How can they get away with this?

I don't know why you are still taking over half of My SSI and my social security for the last 30 years my kids are in their 40 i only have two girls I think you should be able to pay me back for what you have been taking from me

If it were possible to give less than 1 star I would. I don't understand what it is these people do all day. They rarely answer their phones at all and never return voice mails or emails. If you actually go down to the office you'll stand there waiting for at least 10 mins (with no one in front of you) for someone to come to the window and act as if you have interrupted their day. Meanwhile you can hear people talking n laughing about their personal livesl Then youll be told that they will take your information to your worker for processing. AND YOU NEVER HEAR ANYTHING BACK from anyone! COME ON PEOPLE DO YOUR JOBS!
