Iowa hospital Orthopedics and sports medow

The Good: Nice facility! Fast check-in and good care for a minor orthopedic injury. Check out was smmoooth. The Bad: Nurse couldn’t be bothered to get us out to meet our 5-year old coming home from school. Too busy…. The Ugly: We left without getting the brace prescribed, bought it at Walgreens instead. I’m sure my insurance company appreciates it. Medicine is still a services industry. Disappointing.

Very fast moving on my separated shoulder. I went to 2 visits and got my surgery scheduled.! I spent over 2 months in Waterloo to get no where! They truly care about your well being and health! I’m so glad I got referred here!!

I had a great experience. Doing the check-in and appointment online made things easy. The entire staff that I dealt with made me comfortable and happy to be there. I really needed the attention and the assurance that the appointment provided. We are lucky to have this clinic in our community.

This is a very nice open plan atmosphere and easy parking free of charge. Everyone in each dept. have been very friendly and helpful. Escorts with a wheelchair are available upon request to come to/from and get you from the handicap ♿️ spots or parking lot if needed.

Beautiful facility, right off the highway. Very convenient. Great staff. No parking ramp to deal with, and parking is free.
