Ironwood Rehabilitation and Care Center

As a family member, I’ve noticed a real improvement since the new administration took over. Communication has gotten better, the facility feels more organized, and there’s a clear effort to improve resident care. The staff seem more supported, and that shows in how they interact with residents. It’s reassuring to see this nursing home moving in such a positive direction under the new leadership.

While Ironwood Rehabilitation and Care Center is an older facility, the improvements underway really show commitment to better care and comfort. The new ownership has already updated major systems with more renovations in progress. Most importantly, the staff is compassionate, professional, and attentive. It’s reassuring to see both quality care and meaningful upgrades happening at the same time.

New leadership has been great!! The nurses are smart and you can tell they really care. The fireplace in the front lobby makes it feel so comfortable and welcoming. Definitely recommend!

Ironwood has a warm, welcoming atmosphere with an amazing, friendly staff. The environment feels homie, comfortable, and genuinely caring. Whether it’s for rehab or long-term living, it’s a place where people are well taken care of. I would absolutely recommend Ironwood to anyone looking for a great place for a relative to live.
