Keila, the office girl is incredibly rude! She belittled and insulted me simply for informing the office I was running a few minutes late for an appointment. Her words and attitude were of arrogance and unprofessionalism. It’s sad because Dr. Said is a good dentist who deserves better. This entitled, selfish, childish individual clearly doesn’t care about or value the patients who patronize the office. Just a reminder Keila, I’m the reason you have a job in the first place! You need a serious attitude adjustment. And unfortunately in this case, I don’t think giving a training in professionalism and proper decorum can change you. That said, I’ll be going elsewhere! Dr. Said, you deserve better!

The Staff is HORRIBLE! They do not know what they are doing. Noone knows what the other is doing. Every time I call there is a problem
