We love PA Cynthia. She always takes her time and answers all of our questions. She’s kind and soothing for my almost three year old daughter. The front desk is helpful, accommodating and welcoming as well. The doctors are all knowledgeable

This office is beyond amazing. Been there for 4 years now. And never have had a bad experience. Everyone is super duper caring and friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, just amazing. So greatful to have them as our doctor. Never a long wait, reception is amazing, nurses, doctors, medical assistants...just phenomenal!!!

I’m very disappointed with the way this office handled my sick child. I started calling at 10:00 a.m. and kept trying throughout the day (they’re open until 6:00 p.m.), asking several times if they could please squeeze him in at any time. My child had a fever and was clearly not feeling well. The staff showed no concern or compassion — no “let me check with the doctor,” no “would you like to speak with the doctor,” nothing. Just repeated, “I don’t have an appointment, I don’t have an appointment.” The attitude was very cold and unkind, especially for a sick child who has been their patient since he was a baby. I ended up having to drive almost an hour away to another pediatric office just to get him seen. Very disappointing experience.

It's always a pleasure to visit Island Pediatrics. Doctors are very good. My grandkids like them. The staff is wonderful. The office always clean. Five Stars!!
