Israel Englander Department of Dermatology - Downtown

I took an appointment in September and they put me on Dec 23rd. Two weeks ago they called me and told me the doctor wasn't going to be there that day and they had to reschedule. I agreed, as I had no other choice but they gave me the appointment in February 2022 instead of making an appointment made in September a priority, which was rescheduled because of their vacation schedule. The receptionist hang up on me because I got very frustrated. Really disrespectful!!!! Basically people who made their appointments in October or November will be seeing the doctor before me, who scheduled my appointment in September. Very unfair and disrespectful!

The doctor was great but the office kept us waiting for 40 minutes - even though we arrived early and had small children.

因為我睇咗呢個診所都好多次啦我係睇神經外科同埋痛症專科我次次都早十五分鐘到唔使等好耐我撞到啲登記呀, 護士都幾有禮貌呀都幾滿意呀
