ISU Bengal Pharmacy Chubbuck

Jerad*, Jenny, Kelly, & the white-haired-wisdom lady clerk whose name I failed to ask, were exceptional in phone servicing my transfer prescription from Costco Warehouse to a local Chubbuck pharmacy closest my Fort Hall residence. And walking distance to PRT bus route for shopping at Smith’s grocery store across street on Highway 91/Yellowstone Avenue Jerad was note-ably thorough in describing a female prescribed product with assistance of three adult feminine coworkers present for advocacy. Medical professionalism at its best!

I am putting this review here so hopefully the owner/manager of the company understands and actually will read how people feel about the branch in Arco, ID. Please, PLEASE sell the pharmacy to a company capable of running a pharmacy, or run it as a pharmacy should. For more details, read any of the reviews on Bengal Pharmacy Arco. Just another note: when a pharmacy tech (not pharmacist) tells a patient that THEY, not your doctor, get to decide if/when you can fill your prescription---- "I get to decide if you can pick up today. I don't care what date the doctor wrote it for" you have a REAL PROBLEM (ahem, Tracy). We don't discuss our health with the tech, we do that with a doctor who has years of schooling and knows us, our medically history and any/all contributing factors as to why we

I love this place,, Much better than Walmart lol Staff is all very friendly and they know me by name already. I highly recommend these guys! They are on top of it!
