If I could give them a 0 star I would my son is past due with his yearly cleaning I have had so many inconveniences with them lately one major one is not answering the phone calls nor returning the calls, they refuse to give my toddler service just because he has autism and so far some other issues with them not being organized. And until this day since December 2025 I have not been able to get in touch to schedule and appointment fir my oldest son…!!!

I definitely recommend Jambo Dental for pediatric dental needs. All of my children have received top-rate care here. Dr. Faria and her staff treat all patients with care and kindness. Thank you!

My kids love the dentist. I am just confused on policy was refused my appointment due to not having a physical card when I went. Okay if that’s policy then why wasn’t it told during the reminders and appointment updates. Aren’t you verifying the information before hand that the insurance is active? And you are not keeping the physical card you are going to scan it for your records correct? So take the digital print out for your records so we can get this appointment done! So frustrating going to look for a more updated dental service.

Jambo Kids Dental is a wonderful dentist for my daughter and they have been so friendly to me! The staff is very helpful with billing concerns and they always go out of their way to ease any anxiety that my daughter may have. She actually looks forward to going to the dentist!
