I have had so many injuries over my life time between sports & weight lifting and have been to multiple therapists in the past but I have to be honest, Jared is by far the best! The level of personal, one on one care that you receive by Jared is something that I have never had the privilege to experience in the past. Jared is also extremely knowledge and understands the body so well that he is able to pin point where the pain is coming from and help facilitate a quick recovery. Jared Caspe and his entire staff are an amazing team! They motivate, encourage and push you to be the best possible you, you could be! No judgement, no pressure! Cannot recommend this place enough. I have only been going there for a few weeks but I see a real improvement in my range of motion in my injured arm. These people are amazing!
