The job is easier but demanding. First day noone teaches you how to do your job. The break are short for a 12hour shift. Most people are friendly but mostly in blending department. The shipping department has "some" people to get a long with . But some co-worker have made it hard to like the job more been treated poorly by some.. An always one your case. Management on the other hand is super nice. The leave you alone and let you do your work.

I got here at 8:30 am to be loaded and it’s past 10:40 am it’s been over two hours that I have been waiting and the individual that came out of the shipping & receiving door to bring out the dally to the UPS driver look at us and said I’m not done and it will take some time. I replied; no worries sir, take your time. I asked if I can utilize the restroom although I know that the door sign says “No public restrooms” I thought it wouldn’t hurt to ask politely. The job itself is very easy however the people are very immature, if you're new and ask for help they ignore you they also have foreigners with serious language barriers.I did contact upper management and the problems were addressed appropriately
