JDCH Pediatric Specialty Center at Weston

If I could give zero stars to this business, I would! I made appointment on a Friday asking for a specific provider which was totally ignored and the young lady named Kia made an appointment for my son with Dr. Michael Dressing which was not who I requested to see. She informed me that we needed a referral from the pediatrician and I kindly explain to her that my son was not seen by the pediatrician, he was seen at the emergency room in Pembroke Pines, Memorial West. She informed me that he still needed a referral from the pediatrician so I told her okay. She scheduled the appointment and that was the end of the conversation. My son’s appointment day comes and I went on a whirlwind trying to get the referral to their office. I told him it takes me an hour to get there and they were not a

I literally had to get out of work and come here to to help my wife with the kids because they will not allow my daughter (Patient) with her siblings. We were not even allowed to wait in the waiting room. So we pay tons of money for their service, on top of that I lose money/hours of work because I had to come here. May be a good place for people to come by themselves or people who can afford to leave their other kids with a babysitter. But definitely not a friendly place for a Stay-home mother with more than 1 kid.

This is an amazing office! They were able to see us the same day we called for an appointment. The staff was nice and went way beyond there duties to help us. Dr. Jeremy S. Frank and his assistant were great, they explained everything and made my daughter feel comfortable during the whole process.

I had a good experience here. They were courteous and answered all my questions. My son got a waterproof cast in minutes. The doctor and the nurse were both wonderful. No complaints.

Single mom with two children and my daughter couldn’t see the doctor because I had my 5 year old with me with no other options. Would have been a nice heads up being that I had to already take off of work to come out of my way for this appointment the first place. Guess not everyone has good employers that are child friendly. So much for living up to Joe DiMaggios name.
