The Doctor was good I’m a new patient so he ordered new test prescriptions were filled overall I had no problem with the doctor. The problem is with some of the staff. They don’t answer the phone then you can’t even leave a voicemail because it’s full. My medical insurance can’t get in contact with them no matter what time of day you call they do not answer the phone unprofessional. I don’t think the doctor knows he’s losing patience because of his staff.

Extremely unprofessional. I got switched to this doctor as my primary when I moved to Perris and came in for a follow up for a concussion after an ER visit. I made an appointment here and they told me to come in the next day but when I got there they were really rude for no reason and they told me I have to go back to my PREVIOUS primary care doctor because they don’t take new patients. They told me to get into the car and drive to Hesperia WITH A CONCUSSION. Do NOT pick this place if you have other options. I had to call my insurance company to change to a different doctor in Perris.
