Jeff VanDyke Massage and Acupuncture

I got a beautiful massage and acupuncture from Jeff! It was my first time getting acupuncture so I was nervous but he was confident and understanding. He also spoke to me about Traditional Chinese Medicine which I've never been exposed to before. He allowed room for questions and was happy to elaborate. I appreciate his insight very much! One thing that struck me as funny, was that he told me according to TCM I am very musical. I completely denied it and said that my family is but I am not. Later I came home and started singing to my dog, like I always do. It struck me as funny how Jeff was very attuned to me in such a short time but I still had a set narrative in my head about what it means to be "musical"! Anyway, I highly recommend Jeff's services. It is rare to find someone who does both massage and acupuncture as well as Jeff. I went to him for both, and was so pleased with his treatment that I continued to have sessions with him. At each session, he listens carefully to my descriptions of what is bothering me, and he always gives due weight to what I say, while also uncovering through his own skill the source of my discomfort. He is skilled at reading pulses, as acupuncturists are trained to do. (Although not all acupuncturists are good at reading pulses, Jeff most certainly is.) He has strong fingers and hands, applying just the right amount of pressure when he massages.
