Jeffrey S. Blalock, OD

Mary and I was in Dr. Blalock office couple weeks ago. The staff was real respectful. We appreciate that you guys keep up the good work and thanks.

It was easy to make an appointment with Dr Blalock. The appointment manager was very friendly and quickly zeroed in on the best day and time for my appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly and did not have to wait long. The tech people were efficient, friendly, and patient. Dr Blalock was professional and knowledgeable; I immediately felt that my eye care was in capable hands. Never did I feel rushed, and I was encouraged to ask questions. I am confident that my eye care is in good hands.

Our family has been going to Dr Blalock since he opened his office at Pearl Vision by the Target store. We have always been very happy with his service and the pleasantness of his staff. His equipment and training are always up to date. I went to Clay Eye last year because my insurance insisted. They were horrible. Scheduled an appointment, and still waited 2 hours to bar rushed through, and was told my prescription hadn't changed. I knew it had, so I went back to Dr. Jeffrey S. Blalock, and found it had changed considerably. We highly recommend him.

I can't say enough about how awesome Dr. Blalock and his staff are! I was traveling from out of town when what I thought was an allergic reaction to new sunscreen began to rage out of control in my right eye, blaring red. The receptionist was kind and concerned and said even with a solid booked schedule that they'd squeeze me in. Dr. Blalock calmed my nerves, took time explaining to me what was going on with my eye and prescribed the correct medication to clear it up in just two days. Very grateful!

My insurance paid the office visit and they charged me an additional 160.00 above that. Lenscrafters for the same service charges 99.00. What a rip off!
