Well I can't much for the Dentist, but the reception staff are really terrible. I called to setup a dental exam and provided my insurance information. The receptionist said I need to call my insurance to get a breakdown of my benefits. I did this, but they wouldn't release the information and provided me with an easy automated call-in number where the office could have my benefits faxed in. I gave this number to the receptionist who said she would look into it the next day. I called to check up and no one reached out on my behalf, I explained this to the agent over the phone and he literally said "I have done enough so you can just pay out of pocket". What a wild thing to say, I made his job so easy and he really stopped short to assist me. All he had to do was call a number to solve the w

Had a great experience, the staff was very responsive and scheduling was made very easy with reminders of appointments. Staff were very welcoming and professional. The office was very clean and organized, they had my teeth and mouth feeling great after visits. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality dental care in the area.

I’ve never had someone as rude as the receptionist, male. Wow. Your business should really be kinder to people. You’re in the service of caring for people, I will be sure to share this with anyone looking for a dentist.
