Dr. Lutz is a kind and caring person. Making her job easy to do. She is thorough, professional and passionate at what she does. I appreciate her taking care of my eyes.

Although the office was very crowded when I arrived at 10:15 a.m. for a 10:30 a.m. appointment. I was taken in order of those who came before and the wait didn't seem that long, but I am certain it was for one hour. I have been to other Eye Doctor's Groups and it seems usual for there to be a wait as drops placed in eyes need time to get to the point where the doctor can see clearly into one's eye(s). The staff was thorough and friendly and did their part of the examination is an orderly and helpful way. Dr. Lutz was very thorough with her questions and her examination. I am a type 1 diabetic who has been taking extreme care of her eyes since I was diagnosed in 1978. I am always seeking a thorough examination and questions to treat my eyes properly. Dr. Lutz is excellent… Takes the time to explain things and answer questions… She went out of her way to answer a question about my sons eyes... and make recommendations of which doctor he should see. She did not have to do that and many doctors would have just said “have him make an appointment“. Brittany at the front desk was also extremely helpful in answering questions and going above and beyond. Really —-all of the staff that I have dealt with at Matossian have been friendly and professional.

It’s always good to see my favorite optometrist Dr Lutz. And the staff at the Hopewell office is really friendly. I frequent the Hamilton office very often but only visit Hopewell for certain tests. Both offices have good spirited staff. I’ve never had anything bad to say 10 thumbs 👍🏽 Up!
