Disappointed in this pharmacy. Recieved medication for my infant son that was 15 ML short. Notified them that we were short 3 doses and I believe it was Amy on the phone that said they provided the full amount so could put in a refill request from our doctor. Lack of concern or accountability of their pharmacy providing incorrect doses. We've typically had a good experience in the past. But I heavily advise you choose a different pharmacy as we will be. Now I have heavy concerns of the concentration of medicine from this location or any advice as our family no longer trusts the North Branch County Market Pharmacy. We are choosing to go elsewhere from this point on. Especially since this involves an infant! Not risking it, I implore that you don't either.
Great pharmacy, always nice and will get you the medication you need, even if they don't have it. And usually no lines.
