Jesse James Method

Jesse is a truly gifted healer. Having him work on me was the beginning of my journey of re-connecting to my body. He is not only knowledgeable with the mechanics of the body, he has an intuitive sense that guides him which allows him to connect with your body at a deeper level. He has a passion for healing others which you can feel. I highly recommend his body work!

He is so hard working, such a creative genius, and a brilliant healer and high performance coach, and recently adding teacher and speaker. Wow! Jesse is the best massage therapist I have had in my life. I am a professional baseball player and was told at a young age that I would never be able to play in my later years because of back surgeries and defects in my body. I am now still playing professionally at 33 years old because of the work Jesse has done on my and continues to do to this day. I have been completely pain free since he has started working on me and I would recommend him to anybody who thinks they need the help to feel like they did when they were young!

I can't say enough good things about Jesse's work. Honestly, I might have dropped a few choice words during our sessions, but I made it through! I came in with tennis elbow, and after just a few sessions, it was like a miracle—completely gone. I haven't had any issues since. Jesse truly is a miracle worker!
