Love this office. It’s so hard to find a good eye doctor in Erie. You will definitely be taken care of in this office. Everyone from reception to doctor Jill are nice and welcoming. They do a great job with your eye and contact lenses exams, fitting, communication and feedback. Don’t think twice, you won’t regret seeing doctor Jill

Dr. Cuthbertson is great! However, the staff up front isn't so great. Wait time is horrible, they try and charge for stuff you don't want. They need to speed up service. They've mischarged my insurance. Gave me someone else's contacts. Next time, I'll definitely go to a different eye doctor.

Jill is professional, compassionate and runs a great business in Erie. Her staff is also professional and compassionate, which speaks volumes about the company culture. The worst place ever! Gave dilating drops BEFORE eye exam, so couldn't see the chart properly. Person putting in the drops had NO idea how to do it. Told me they took my insurance weeks before appointment, then after the exam, told me they didn't accept it and so I had to pay full price. It took HOURS for an exam. Then it took WEEKS for the glasses. Then I couldn't see out those new glasses and it took HOURS again to try and correct the prescription, then WEEKS again for replacement glasses. It took me THREE months to get glasses I could just barely see out of. The girl who takes your glasses to read the prescription took HOURS to read them. I have been getting exams and glasses for 25 years and have NEVER seen such incompetence in my life. AWFUL.
