Dr John Aniemeke is a great dentist/surgeon. He and his staff are very friendly with great smiles. However, I am extremely disappointed with the communication and service provided trying to get my refund for several months (July-February). I was constantly told my account was being audited and I had a credit balance. Even with having my dental insurance company on a 3 way call trying to resolve this issue and sending Dr. Aniemeke an email expressing my concerns the situation was not resolved until today. I went in the office after calling and finally got a refund check. I have no idea if it’s accurate, I’m just tired of going through this. I hope the billing process will improve because this was not what I anticipate when I pay what’s required up front immediately but my refund is held up

Dr. Aniemeke is an excellent, kind and compassionate periodontist. He and his staff truly cared about my situation and took care of me with professionalism and actual concern. I totally recommend this office.

Dr. John Aniemeke is a super periodontist. He is a joy to be around and his bedside manner is awesome. He is always reassuring and makes me feel safe and always in good hands. Dr. John did an exceptional job as my dentist. I’ve never had dental surgery before but I felt at ease being seen by him for my wisdom teeth pain. He explained everything to me extremely well. A long with my post procedure care. Thank you Dr. John!
