I was able to make an appointment to see Dr. Holyoak quickly. When I arrived, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was taken to a room and did not have to wait very long before Dr. Holyoak came in and discussed my situation with me and also my wife was with me. He was very thorough and did not try to talk over our heads. He took time to answer questions and explain things. We discussed different options that were available moving forward and together we figured out what would be best for me. I felt very comfortable in his advice and opinions and feel like I am in very good hands with him.

This provider completely lacks compassion. I had surgery to remove a kidney stone. Prior to the procedure, Dr. Holyoak told me I would experience some discomfort afterward due to a stent placed to keep my ureter open. However, once I arrived home that afternoon, what I experienced was not mild discomfort but severe pain. I called his office with legitimate concerns, and the after-hours line connected me directly to Dr. Holyoak. Instead of responding with empathy or reassurance, he scolded me like a child in a dismissive, irritated tone. It was clear he was annoyed that I had called at all, despite the level of pain I was experiencing. Dr Holyoak was awesome. He and his team got me in to evaluate a kidney stone issue, helped me get imaging quickly. He called and went over the options clearly. Very thorough, friendly and accommodating. Most importantly he is obviously knowledgeable and compassionate.

He is very professional but can put you at ease. He is conservative but thorough. He was very supportive! The best urologist I have been too. Very timely! Apologized for being 5 minutes late. Highly recommend.

Doctor Holyoak,is a very nice doctor, really well manners. I happen to go to him by accident, and he went out of his way to find a doctor that I needed, and called them. I know my husband was very impressed with him.
