Kaiser Downey Urgent Care Building D (purple)

Got checked in quickly, and called in a few moments later! The nurse I had was updating me on the time the doctor would be there and it was quicker than expected! Great experience! I normally go to another Kaiser due to distance, but this one made me want to begin coming here!

Such dedicated staff and good doctors. I really don't understand all the one-star reviews. It must be people that expect miracles and that's what they're trying to deliver. Thank you

Pediatric urgent care is located on 3rd floor of building D. Sun hrs: docs begin seeing patients at 9am but start registration and taking vitals at 8:30am. Pediatric staff is highly efficient. Great experience.

Best urgent care experience ever! Was hesitant after reading reviews but they are quick and awesome! Took my son in and he was 2nd in line and next to be called after 2 nights of going to packed ER and leaving because wait time was too long. Dr was great! Did a thorough exam didn’t rush after to get to next room. He waited to answer any and all questions I might have. He even walked in exam room immediately after we got there before I even had time to sit down. Definitely the best Urgent Care in the area!

Cardiology Dept front desk/reception area were very courteous. Then, 2 female medical staff personnel prepared me for my "stress test," which both were very professional, informative, and diligent in their work. It was a very smooth process and felt good after leaving.
