Omg let me tell you! The lobby is small, that was my mothers concern. There was a girl, young and puking. They didn’t get seen until 3 hours later or however long it was for her because we got there after her. I feel neglected. We are currently waiting 3.5 hours. There are people coming in after us and theyre being seen. I feel forgotten. I can’t tell you how much of a bad experience I’m feeling right now. This is making me feel so much worse about the situation.
