Kaiser Permanente San Leandro Radiology Department

I had a Cat Scan done today I was pretty early but they took me back right away. I was kind of nervous but it nothing to worry about. I was able to get my flu and Covid shot at the same time. FYI they have very reasonable prices on otc medicines compared to the grocery stores.

Kaiser San Leandro used to be a great alternative to Oakland for CTs, MRIs, etc. Now it is worse! I had an MRI appt and the tech took me back, told me to take off all of my clothes and wear a gown and he would be back in 5 minutes. After 20 mins of standing in a gown with no clothes, I knocked on the MRI door. The tech came back, took me to the outside MRI machine and would not talk to me. Another tech took me back in the general waiting room. I asked her how much longer it would be. She said 5 minutes. I asked her why no one came back, told me there was a delay, etc. She said a patient had a diarrhea accident on the machine. I said it was unacceptable that I waited here for over 30 minutes in a gown and no one came to explain what was happening. She was very rude and told me th
