I visited my Grandpa today for the first time (Monday, Dec 19,2022) they are understaffed and the guy who was doing the dialysis was kind a rude and he had no name tag or any form of I.D. which I find unprofessional. I will update my review as we progress.
I had a great time out there even though I don't no we're I was at but I came across some one who I really no who they are ...
Great pharmacy if you can find street parking
Waited 3.5 hours with my daughter to get her medication. We were there earlier but the guy could not tell us where the prescription was sent to. Anna was very helpful she called the doctor to send the prescription there. The lady with last name Ramirez was very rude. She wanted my daughter to pay for the meds. My daughter told her why am I going to pay I have medical. Finally she checked in the system. When she was giving us the meds she literally threw them inside the bag.
Nice pharmacy. But if your there you have kaiser and likely have no choice.
