Krystal is outstanding! She is extremely professional, endlessly knowledgeable, and compassionate . Her dedication and passion has resulted in tremendous and unexpected positive results with my elderly and physically challenged parents. She is always encouraging and offers advice and support to maximize her patients’ potential. Kal Was literally God sent. As many of you have probably realized finding a vestibular therapist is almost impossible. Now getting the right therapist is even more difficult. A lot of therapist are able to do certain maneuvers, but they are not able to evaluate which part of your ear you need help with and what appropriate treatment is needed. I have experienced lightheadedness for years and it affects my activities of daily living. It also added anxiety to me that I may faint any time of the day or wherever I go.
