Kaloko Urgent Care

My ear got plugged with wax while swimming at the beach, and after about five hours of barely being able to hear, I figured I needed to get it taken care of since I was flying the next day. They were the only urgent care open on a Sunday and were able to get me in within an hour. The staff flushed out my ear and my hearing came right back. Very professional and efficient team—I was in and out quickly. I’m very happy with their service. 🤙🏽

Came to Kona on antibiotics for an infected cyst. Unfortunately my treatment was not cutting it. Thankfully Dr. DiTullio and the staff at Kaloko Urgent Care were there to help me out. I was able to get it drained and get a prescription for more antibiotics. Reasonably priced. Under $400 for treatment. I’m Canadian so was self-pay as I could not use my travel insurance as the condition was pre-existing.

For having only 2 urgent cares to service Kona side. This place is doing a fantastic job. I’ve been in now multiple times, sometimes I’m able to get on and make appointments, sometimes it’s last minute walk ins, or even last minute call ahead. They have been professional and caring each and every time. It’s the only urgent care in Kona with an xray machine. My daughter fell downstairs at school 3:30pm call for xray to confirm a boxer fracture. They got her in at 5pm and put got referral called in and my daughter was able to get into orthopedic surgeon the following week. Just outstanding on an island where orthopedic surgeon fly over from Oahu randomly. My 4yr old and myself both got strep throat I was able to get an apt for me at 10 and her at 5pm, went in and they saw both of us at 10 (c

Awful experience, we do NOT recommend. Our son was extremely ill with 101 fever, headache, nausea, and an awful cough leftover from a virus 3 weeks ago. We are traveling in Hawaii but were told by his doctor stateside to find an urgent care where he could get an Xray to rule out pneumonia. Of course this all happened on the weekend when most places were closed so the neared urgent care with Xray was this one. I called 1st thing Sunday and was told they were out of appointments but if we got there by 1pm they would be able to see our son off of the waiting list. We drove 40 minutes from Kohala to this clinic and my son grew sicker by the minute. I was so worried about him. The staff at Kaloko are amazing! My partner and I both had to go get a ton of paperwork and tests done for visa applications and the staff were so helpful, so patient, and all around so accommodating. The space is clean and comfortable and recently expanded. If you are looking for friendly, kind and efficient care, this is the place!
