I was definitely impressed with Dr. Gonzalez. “I can't thank him enough for the special care and unique gift he is to his patients.He is the best doctor I have seen in this practice in years. I am blessed that you are now my new doctor. I have great confidence and believe this practice is very lucky to have him, One that honestly has the compassion and patience it requires to read in-between the lines and not make you feel like another number in line. He is the true definition of A doctor in my opinion.

Very poor experience! They have been my primary care doctor for about three years and I see a different doctor every time not by choice a very disorganized changing my doctor and insurance information at the beginning of my appointment with no notice. Extra long, wait times for appointments. I have waited four months to see my doctor. If you call in for information, the nurses answering the phone are very rude and unhelpful! Today, one of them told me to look for a new primary care, then if they're not helpfuland that's exactly what i've done wouldn't recommend at all!

From the first moment, she demonstrates a genuine attitude of service, empathy, and professionalism that goes far beyond what is expected of her position. I had one of my most terrible medical experiences here. I have been a patient for years, was switched to new doctors at this office 3 times bc my doctor would up and leave, but I stuck around since it was easier to stay then find a new primary. I’ve been diagnosed with a panic disorder and been on medication I take AS NEEDED for several years. I went in for a refill of my meds which I tend to need to fill about 3 times a year. My new doctor acted very strange about the refill request, but when I asked her to review my chart so she could see my medical history and pointed out it’s obvious I take long to use the meds bc of how often I get refills, and I even offered to get a therapist note if she’s more comfortable, she said it’s fine and she would call them in. I was nervous when I got the notice that Dr. Gonzalez would be the new Dr starting with my next visit, that my blood pressure was high at my visit! I had to review some bloodwork and do a quick check in. However, he was so personable and kind. I haven't had this type of care in a long time. He listened, he gave me a lot of good feedback and even congratulated and noticed a tiny weight change. It was the first time I felt like someone actually cared I was there. I am still so happy about this change. I am so excited to continue seeing him and have him take over my monthly visits and primary care!
