Karen L. Madruga DMD

Recently returned to the area and this practice after 20 years on the north shore. Happy to find Southborough Dental and Dr. Madruga offering the same high standard in dental care I received in earlier years. I find Dr. Madruga especially gifted in her experience, approach, and skill. Great place for dental care. UPDATE after being a patient for 1 1/2 years: Dr. Madruga is a terrific dentist As a senior I’ve had a number of dentists over the years and Dr. Madruga is at the very top. She is highly skilled and experienced, she listens well, and she explains her approach to dental issues clearly. Her patient sensitivity is excellent and greatly appreciated—especially by an elder patient with some medical issues. I can’t recommend her highly enough—she’s the best dentist I’ve ever had.

My experience (as always) with Dr. Karen Madruga was exceptional! I broke a tooth & Dr. Madruga checked a few things, had an X-ray taken, and then explained my options & the reasoning behind each explanation. She then did a great job fixing the tooth and I left with a smile on my face & gave her a very big thanks! Dr. Madruga is an incredible dentist & I consider myself very lucky to have found her 15 years ago!

I love this Dental practice. Been going there for 17 years, and my wife and her family for 30+ years. EVERYONE in the practice is nice, caring, thoughtful, and incredibly competent. My appointments are always on time. I never wait. I walk right in at my scheduled time. I’m in and out for my cleanings (gentle, no pain) and even my Invisalign. I just finished my Invisalign, which was efficient and effective. My teeth look great. Dr. Madruga is super nice, puts you at ease and her staff is the same way. I wish every health office was run the same way!

First of all, let me preface my review and experience at Southborough Dental with this … I like to smile💫 I have spent a lifetime searching for a dentist who got me not just my necessary dental work and I can honestly say my search is over. Dr. Karen Madruga is that person and her staff is a reflection of who she is and the work she does. Dr. Madruga took the time to discuss my overall goals and the options and procedures she thought best to achieve them. I never felt rushed … not once. I was worried when my previous Dentist retired, he was really good. Dr. Madruga DMD is the best Dentist I've had in my lifetime, she is organized and the speed at which she operates is amazing. One does not have time to become apprehensive about what is going on as it is over before you know it. I have great admiration for her work in missionary dentistry in Guayaquil, Ecuador. She "Cares" and personally I value this above all.
