Dr. Heher did surgery on my son about 20 years ago, he was one years old. He was born with ptosis and would have eventually lost his sight without the surgery. She not only preserved his sight but cosmedicaly the droop was gone. She was absolutely wonderful with my son and I will be forever grateful.

Dr Herer performed upper and lower blepharoplasty in June 2018. I am super pleased with the results. No more looking tired every day whether I am or not. Dr. Heher is an energetic positive force, And I highly recommend her work!

I'm sorry to say that I had both upper eyelids done 4 years ago. I am not happy with the results at all. I have bumps on my upper lids which I have since learned that sutures which dissolve is not the way to go for tender eyelids. Also, I have vertical lines on the outside of each eye & eyeliner goes on bumpy. Not a good experience. Dr. Heher was very nice but I was not looking for a friend!

Dr. Heher will only provide a treatment she knows will be effective. She has completed four botox treatments for me over the course of two years. Natural, lovely results. She will NOT perform a treatment or procedure unless she is confident it will improve your appearance. Example: my cousin went to her for deep lines on the forehead. Dr Heher told her botox was not the solution, offered alternatives and did not perform a procedure that would have been fruitless. A conservative, talented doctor! Go see her.

I had an upper then lower Blepharoplasty from Katrinka a while ago; she is the consummate professional with thousands of these operations in her history. I was well informed every step of the way, healed relatively quickly and I'm extremely satisfied with the end result. A friend is doing it now for which I recommended Dr. Heher. It's a trek into Boston for us now; but honestly the inconvenience matters not, it's your face after all so get the best of the best.
