Kentuckiana Foot and Ankle: formerly Kentucky/Indiana Foot and Ankle Specialists

I recently visited Kentuckiana and they were outstanding! The entire team is professional, kind, and genuinely focused on patient care. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated with respect and compassion. The providers take time to listen, explain every step clearly, and make sure you feel comfortable and confident in your treatment. The office is clean, efficient, and welcoming. I couldn’t be happier with the care I received from Dr. Ahmed he truly gives top-notch service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent foot and ankle care!

Staff is always kind and accommodating. I was having an issue and they got me right in. Dr. Ames was very personable and kind. He took his time with me and explained everything. He really put me at ease.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE! My father is a patient at the Dixie location. All they care about is money. Not only is the staff unprofessional and rude .. management is an absolute joke. I feel like each person I’ve spoken to has no idea what they’re talking about. Both “managers” Megan and Sarah were not only dismissive but they were down right rude and arrogant. (Especially Sarah) She does not know how to speak to patients with empathy nor compassion. The staff spoke loudly about the patients and violated HIPAA on multiple occasions. When I went to file a complaint with the practice manager, she was impossible to get in touch with. 1 of my girlfriends told me she spoke with a woman named Jill and she was absolutely no help. Said she seemed bothered that the complaint even got to her desk

All people there are very nice and seen to be very caring about their patients. Dr. Did not rush in and of but took his time to help me. 9

Everyone is very nice and friendly. Dr. Ahmed explains things thoroughly and answers any questions you have. I recommend this office to anyone I know who needs to see a podiatrist.
