My daughter has Autism and Dr. Wall is absolutely the most patient dentist I could imagine. My daughter needs a lot of breaks in between dental procedures (even cleanings) and she needs everything explained, sometimes multiple times, in order to manage her anxiety and the sensory overload that the dentist office can have. Dr. Wall has never lost his patience and is always so kind to her. Thank you for being so good to her!

Stay away from this place, they skipped an important X-ray before baby root canal, 4 days later the same tooth hurt again, since they are closed on Friday, we went to a different dental, did the x ray and it turn out there were still infection and bone loss, so root canal was the wrong procedure to do. The worst part is my 6 year old suffered unnecessary pain and there is no explanation or apology from them. I filed a dolp complaint I hope an investigator could look into this practice.

Dr. Wall has been great, but whoever answers the phone and deals with billing is absolutely rude. I had no idea they didn’t have the right insurance and now I’m stuck paying the whole thing when they never told me in the first place. I’ve been paying on that bill every month and they continue to tack on fees of some sort so who knows how I’m supposed to pay something off if they keep just tacking things on. Every time I would call to try and figure things out, the lady was so rude. She should not be at a kids dental place or in the industry if that’s how she treats people. My son will no longer be continuing his dental care at this place.

Such a fun place for kids! They think of everything to make their experience a great one! It's my grandson's new favorite place. The staff is friendly and helpful and they work great with kids! Thank you Kidz for making this an easy and painless experience for all of us. I highly recommend!

I have to second the other one star review that was given here. Our son was told he had to have a tooth pulled, which we did because we trusted what the dentist was telling us. Our son is on the autism spectrum. As parents we did everything we could to help him through this, but it was a very traumatic experience for him. This office has not had the training needed to help kids on the spectrum, so I hope that is something that they change for the future. The dentists and staff ability to handle kids that might have a harder time was less than impressive. When we were told again another tooth was needed to be pulled, we went to another dentist for a second opinion. We were told by that dentist that it was absolutely not necessary for the tooth to be pulled (which was correct. It did not nee
