King's Daughters Pharmacy

I've had very positive experiences with this pharmacy but I drive 30 minutes to get here. It's very frustrating to get here on a Saturday when you are open and no one's here, no one's answering the phone, and I can't even leave a voicemail.

Katie and the rest of the staff are AMAZING!!! They are professional, friendly, and helpful!

We changed insurance and gave the pharmacist our new information. But they still ran the prescription under the old policy. For whatever reason, the old insurance accepted and paid the prescription. After realizing their mistake, the old insurance company is hounding us for the $315 paid to the pharmacy. I called the pharmacy to let them know about the mistake and asked if they would rerun the prescription under the correct insurance policy. I was told no, that it was my problem. I am now having to jump through a ridiculous amount of hoops to have a mistake CAUSED BY THIS PHARMACY fixed. Absolutely no help, thanks for nothing. I will never use this pharmacy ever again.

This pharmacy is outstanding! If you are from out of state and all the big pharmacies ( CVS, Walgreens) have told you that they cannot fill a prescription because your doctor is not licensed in TX, this is the place to go! They are approved the state board of pharmacy to dispense these types of prescriptions. Kings Daughters pharmacy is authorized to fill out of state prescriptions. Plus, they are incredible helpful and the staff are very nice.
