My father stayed here for three weeks receiving physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy following a prolonged hospitalization. The large staff were very professional, welcoming, courteous, and hardworking. My father has dementia, and the center was very patient in handling him. We were contemplating hospice on his admission to Orchid Cove, but in a relatively short time he made good progress in strength and function. The medical staff included a psychiatrist who was able to help with sleep difficulties and paranoia. It took a week for us to understand the way that things ran, so I wish there had been a better onboarding process or a handbook that helped with understanding things like laundry and meals and podiatry and haircuts. My mother in law had surgery and after that doctors wants her to go to rehab center for therapy .I was worried because I didn’t heard good about rehabs and also she is 80 plus so it’s really hard to deal with older people but I have to select one from the insurance list and I choose Kissimmee rehabilitation center. She stayed there for almost 2 months and everyone take care of her very carefully and with love.All the staff were very helpful and friendly.They treat her like relative.Therapist worked really hard with her to make her go back to her normal routine .I was very pleased that I chose that place. I really appreciate all the staff and specially CNAs and therapists who did their job very professionally.I am definitely recommending this place to other people who want their love ones

The service overall was really bad. It starts with the administrator, some of the nurses were pleasant but they are definitely understaffed. The security of the patients was not a priority. When we called the staff they took forever. The place smells really bed. The patients were always in hallway and were yelling for assistance. Don't take your love ones here.

Kissimmee Health and Rehabilitation Center is a special place serving the residents from the Kissimmee community. The staff is very responsive. The facility is well kept with no smells and is very clean. It's also a very joyful place with a strong sense of community.

I am a current patient here, Some of the workers are good,. But honestly, I would suggest you DON'T BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!! I sit in poop 4 hours sometimes. I press the call Bell and they answer hours later most of the time. They have on file that I am allergic to all sea food and so far they have served me cat fish and tuna fish. The kitchen workers are very very negligent!! They have a printed paper that they put on the tray that tells them all food allergies for each patient. And the STILL put sea food on my plate. I'm here to heal and get better. I'm in the rehab section. And I'm literally in great fear for my life. Can anyone please give me a suggestion on what I can do. How I can take this to a higher level because no one should have to fear their lives are in danger when
