Knudsen Clinic for Women's Health

This has been my doctor sense I was 16 years old. He’s a very gentle, and caring doctor. Unfortunately I had a sad experience with one of the nurses, she didn’t think I was pregnant after I told her I needed an appointment and I had a positive test. At that point in time I had tried getting pregnant for more then 10 years. (so she didn’t think there was a possibility on me being pregnant.) So she convinced me that I probably had a false positive test on my hands and didn’t give me the appointment (after I called her twice to try to convince her). After I had a miscarriage at my house just a few days after I got to see the doctor. (now it was believable to her that I was pregnant so I got the appointment) He told me it was something very easy to fix, the baby would’ve stayed and that I shou

Not well informed when it comes to types of reproductive organ cancers. If you are having issues other than pregnancy do not go to Dr. Knudsen. My mom and I both had to go elsewhere after Dr. Knudsen told us we were fine. Thank goodness we sought a second opinion. Front desk ladies are also very rude.

MUST READ!!!! I just got off the phone with my husband in tears about the way the reception talked to me... Could just be the pregnancy hormones, but after reading all the negative reviews from everyone about the reception.... Dr Knudsen I seen him twice for a pregnancy but we miscarried... he was great, but that front desk staff need some training... I work in the medical field started as a reception and now do medical billing and coding, I talk to patient all the time and i would never talk to my patients the way this office staff talks to theirs. Like someone else said on here I hope they see this and change their ways. We are limited OBGYN providers in this area, so they know we will continue using them but this does not give them a right to treat us differently or undermine our concer

The doctor and PA are really good. Been there many times and satisfied with the service. Check in lady is very nice too. The billing lady Suzanna is super unfriendly and does not do a good job of putting right codes for visit. Hope she reads this review and improves her customer service on phone when asked questions on a bill.

Definitely love the dr and nurse Diane but the front desk ladies rude. I’m not sure who the new girl is but telling somebody else my business isn’t cute. If you’re having a bad day tell them to put you in the back because the attitude is heavily unnecessary. Please and thank you
