The space is artistic with a flair of relaxation meets true healing. My therapist Mila is highly skilled and has mastered the art of physical therapy truly. Highly recommend!

From my very first appointment with Monica, when she diagnosed my sacral trauma, Knosis has changed my life. Monica is the first provider of any kind who saw that my unusual posture and body shape were the result of (at least) one accident - not something congenital. Since then, I’ve worked regularly with Monica and most of the other therapists at Knosis (including Lukasz, Eleanor, and Liron, and with Jennifer Long for rehabilitative Pilates. I am now close to having a truly healthy and stable posture - and an “easeful body.” My whole self-image has changed for the better and I move better at 73 than I did at 16, 25, or 65.

My experiences at Knosis with two of their physical therapists have been excellent. From February through May, I worked intensively with Lukasz Mroz to improve the plantar fasciitis and metatarsalgia of my left foot which contributed to rather severe postural and gait issues. Lukasz Is a delightful and highly trained professional whose first language is Polish but who has communications skills in English that are better than my own. He succinctly explained exercises from multiple angles and was cautious to never overwork or overload my list of exercises. He listened intently and took great care to adapt to my progress and I looked forward to our twice-weekly appointments.
