Kootenai Health Pharmacy

Requested a refill through mychart. There apparently was a problem with my prescription and instead of contacting me or the doctor who wrote the prescription they did nothing. The previous refill of this same prescription was refilled incorrectly. They apparently didn't understand the dosage instructions and did not contact the doctor for clarification. Will never refill a prescription here again In response to 'owner's' comment. I contracted patient advocacy before you even responded to my review and filed a complaint.

Very pleased with this pharmacy.. they go above and beyond and a special shout out to Ryan for helping my husband with his prescriptions today! Highly recommend!

Very happy with the people who work here even when Dr's get backed up. They are kind sympathetic and work hard to get you through th e drive thru quickly. Even when I'm in a rush. Thank you !!!

Kootenai pharmacy goes above and beyond! They are KIND, which is hard to find as a chronic pain patient. They are truly there to help and have never left me without a needed prescription, even on a holiday weekend. Thank you to Cord and the whole staff at Kootenai retail.

My brother recently got into a work accident and had to have surgery. He was discharged yesterday and there was some trouble getting his prescription because problems with the hospital. But Thomas, the pharmacist that I spoke to was so helpful. He gave me great communication and kept the pharmacy open almost an hour later to make sure my brother got his medication. We are so grateful for the dedication he put into this and he called me with updates and one of the other pharmacists physically went to the hospital to ensure that they had to correct information for the prescriptions. There were issues with the IT but through all of it Thomas made sure we got what we needed and gave us such amazing care. We definitely need more people like this team that helped us. I cannot express how gratefu
