Kootenai Urgent Care - Post Falls

I felt like I was at death's doorstep when I walked into the clinic. The service was prompt and professional with much care and courtesy! Purposeful and with much sincere interest to my well-being... Grace was Delightful and informative. And Dr. Graham was to the point with outstanding knowledge and expertise..even made me laugh with his sharp wit and humor. By the way I know he's not doctor but In my opinion if you're in it for 33 years I'm gonna call you doc! You guys rock🤟

Sandra Kipler FNP, has no regards for what her patient’s say and no idea what she is doing. Sent a family member in because they had back pain and very similar symptoms to a kidney infection (which they had a double kidney infection before, which they TOLD her). They had zero pain when urinating, no visible blood in urine, but worsening pain in lower back on one side. Did a urinalysis there which came back positive for blood, protein, WBC, bacteria, etc. Sandra even tapped on their lower back, resulting in my family member stating it was painful! Sandra blew them off, saying it was likely just a UTI, and not kidney infection…… then in her chart (as viewed on MyChart) charted that my family member said they had dysuria (painful urination, which they already told her they didn’t have at all)

The staff aren’t very friendly which is upsetting since you’re usually going to urgent care in a vulnerable state in the first place. They don’t seem to care about you just there to do a job and leave. I don’t feel comfortable coming back here or taking my kids.

They were kind and caring. Even though I dont have insurance currently they said it didn't matter, and offer 25% off if you have to pay yourself. They try their best to get you in and out quickly.

10 year old fell off a bike and broke her wrist along with getting pretty cut up. Everyone was extremely friendly and kind and distracted her from the pain with jokes and conversation. The visit was really quick with minimal waiting. Nothing was forced on us and they fixed her up very quickly!
