Veterans Administration sent me here thru their COMMUNITY CARE PROGRAM. Which is If a VA appointment is only available after 30 days or 40 miles away.( at least that's what the rules were awhile back). My VA appointment was going to be available 4 months out due to VA cuts i guess, as they were always within 30 days--- !!!!! I must say I have never had a more thorough examination than I did here with Dr. Mueller. He explained everything to a "T" test-wise & fully explained my test results and gave me my paperwork results, something I never received with the VA. I was totally impressed with his professionalism and friendliness. It was an eye-opening experience to say the least!Probably a good hour, hour & a half testing, no rushing me through. A very positive encounter. Thank You---'

Audiologist Kirk Muellner constantly and inappropriately commented on my appearance. He made me extremely uncomfortable and I would not recommend to other women.
