My first denture appointment was on November 6. I had xrays, scans and impressions. Looked at the options for the color of the teeth. I was told about a week for bite rims to return. I finally was told to return for bite rims on November 14 and was allowed to choose a tooth color. I did bite rims and more scans. I was then told I'd get a call for the next appointment. I went back on November 25 at 12pm and after waiting until almost 4pm, I was told Tiffany had to leave and wasn't there. I was then told return on Monday December 1. I went back on December 1 and had more scans and try ins. I was told to come back AGAIN. I was told it would take 10-14 days before I would come back for my dentures. And I was told I could call to check if they were there but not to call before 14 days. While th

I was treated better than any other dentist I've ever been to! Most dentists offices are awful for me even the ones I have taken my children to. At LB Moses they listened, everyone was kind and answered every question I ask. I wasn't treated bad or talked down to, plus I was given great tips for my teeth. Amazing!! Thanks

Terrible dentist .. The very first day I came the ladies were very nice but dentist didn’t use gloves and went in my mouth with no gloves on. My dad and I called and the lady “assured” us that they acheive all safety protocols but had no explanation as to why the dentist had no gloves on. Second time around the dentist basically yelled at me and said to “find someplace else because i was not listening” ? Needed a filling, told him it hurt he explained why he wouldn’t do it that day, I understood… but I mentioned being that I have a hole in my tooth what am i supposed to do over the weekend before i schedule another appointment, he literally was rude and said i wasn’t listening and that’s when he told me he can’t do it and go somewhere else. had to pay $25 just to get yelled at, no solution

I have to warn anyone considering Dr. Moses in Kentucky about the terrible experience my sister had. She was made to wait for over an hour and a half before being called in for her appointment, which was already off to a frustrating start. When she finally saw Dr. Moses, he performed the examination without wearing gloves, which is not only unhygienic but also concerning. Things got worse after the exam. My sister asked him a simple question about what she should do next with her tooth, since he wasn’t able to treat her at that time. Instead of giving her any helpful advice, Dr. Moses yelled at her, claiming she wasn’t listening. She was just trying to understand her options, but he became aggressive for no reason. I don't want to say I had a bad experience but when I called the person who answered must have been busy that day because I felt like I was somewhat rushed off the phone as I was trying to explain, to avoid wasting anyone's time, I am horrified of the dentist and was I trying to find out if they did sedation but I was unable to ask and unfortunately I took information as facts when they obviously didn't know for sure themselves. So I ended up driving 40 minutes to get there, fill out the paperwork, then find out that they in fact do not do sedation of any kind at all. Now the woman at the desk when I got there in person seemed nice but the whole situation really had me a little upset to be honest because they could've just answered my question on the phone...
