La Bella of Clifton

It's been roughly 7 months now that we had to make that tough decision that mom needed more care than we could provide for her at home. Linda the administrator has always greeted us when she has seen our presence, addressed all of our concerns and issues; and let's not leave out the wonderful CNA'S who truly show their love and dedication to the residents, they take care of. While no facility is perfect; they truly try their best to make their residents feel like home. Thank you all.

I love all the activities that are on social media. The residents and staff are a huge priority here. The team at Clifton provides great customer service.

Facility and staff are both great. The facility is clean, the food looks and smells great, and you can tell that the residents are receiving good care. Hard to come by these days, but I’m impressed!

I can't even describe how disgraced I feel about the way they treated us for inquiring about patients health. They don't keep their nails trimmed or repair their eyewear so they can see. They even threatened to call the law on me for wanting to see her sores. How horrible to be treated this way when you want to visit your family member. RUN from this place!!

Quite impressed! Mom needed extra care that was difficult for us to give her due to her health. After several facility tours in the Kankakee county area we decided to go with Labella. I'm not a staff nor do I have relations to one. When Mom first got there the administrator of this facility personally greeted us. The facility was clean and inviting. Staff were also welcoming. We are on day 5 mom stated this morning that the staff are treating her well and food is good. We definitely hope this continues. We are definitely pleased with our decision and can truly sleep at night knowing she's being cared for. We want to thank all staff for taking care of Mom, we truly appreciate all you do.
