The medical professionals that draw your labs have their individual offices and desks with private rooms for us as patients. 5 star lab, does not feel rushed but I was also in and out in 15 minutes.

I usually dread going to the lab. My previous lab staff always seemed rude. From the moment you walk into this lab in Port Charlotte near Bob Evans (just to clarify) you are greeted by Friendly staff. Brianna was more than helpful when my doctor didn't send my labs they claimed to send on more than one occasion. All of the staff were extremely cheerful, nice, and beyond helpful getting my labs!! Thank you all! Great staff!!

Twice in recent months, the lab in Port Charlotte has refused to do lab work that was ordered by physicians. Both times they blame the physician for the screw-up.

I dropped off a form for my doctor to fill out for me. when I didn't hear from her I called and was told she never received it. I went back to drop the form a second time. the girls in the front started yelling at me and telling me it's not their fault., no one apologized for me driving twice or for them losing the paper work. it is the worst I have seeing in a long time of the lack of customer service. they threatened and states they will call their supervisor. one lady stood behind the one I was speaking to in a threatened manner as though she wanted to fight me. again, the other one tried to close the window on my arm. no one apologized. it is not what your commercials suggest. very disappointed. please provide customer service training to the people who represent you and the community
