DO NOT GO HERE! You will wait on hold for over an hour just trying to schedule appointments, they change doctors on you and push back appointments without calling you or without warning. They are not knowledgeable and you have to constantly fend for yourself. Go to Greater Boston Urology Care Center Instead. Waited 6 months with a specific doctor I chose to than be given a doctor they changed who was quitting in a week who could care less about me. Than none of my meds were able to be refilled because of this. Than when scheduling new procedures they kept changing the dates, without telling or calling me months pushed back.

I have been to other urology offices and they were not helpful at all. Just called them today and the office picked up with in a minute. The staff is always friendly and the doctors are wonderful. I require a great deal of help with my urological needs and they have been so helpful creating standing lab orders so I can easily drop off urine samples. Whenever I need prescriptions for supplies they are prompt and helpful. When I go in office there are minimal wait times. If you really need medical care you can reach out in the mylahey chart and they respond within hours. I know there are times when the office gets busy but I have always been able to reach a nurse. I am a young male in my 20s and have seen a PA at this office several times over the last year and a half. My unique set of urology concerns did not get ignored or pushed aside because I am much younger than a traditional urology patient which I greatly appreciate. I was able to get a testicular ultrasound exam and a referral to pelvic physical therapy. My provider has been great at engaging with me on a variety of areas that could be either worsening or improving my symptoms and discussed what has worked for some of her other younger male patients. Overall I am happy with my experience here with the provider and the front desk staff.

Outstanding and expert care. Lahey Urology has a wide variety of powerful resources available to patients and with which patients can be and are treated. In addition to the latest advances in medical technology kindness abounds. Excellent treatment and communication from the entire staff of Nurses, Physician Assistants, Doctors, Surgeons, Technicians, Oncologists, Social Workers, Administrative, Nursing Assistances, Students, Residents, Fellows and Support Staff right up to the Food Service and Custodial Staff. Like many (or all) other healthcare institutions there are many demands on the system which can and does lead to frustration in scheduling, and timeliness of appointments. Suggest patience and persistence to access this world class care and people that deliver it.

If I could give a negative number I would. By far the worst medical group I have ever worked with. I have tried calling to move an appt 4 times, NO ONE ever picks up. They could care less if you have blood in your urine from stones (hopefully). Stay away.
