Lake Regional Pharmacy

Used to be such a good pharmacy, but seems like a lot changed a few years ago, with lots of new people all the time now. Been there to pick up medicine 3 times an they were closed or drive thru only. Can't really do drive thru on a motorcycle. Its irritating when you need your medicine and drive 30 miles to pick it up only to be suprised by them being closed.

They are most always right on top of things. The only thing for years they delivered my prescriptions when I needed them to. Now they want to charge people 1.00 a mile which I live 30 miles away. I can't afford to have my prescriptions delivered all the time. I know for a fact it don't cost them 30.00 in gas to get to my house. The little car they drive is very very good I n fuel. I am disabled and can't get there all the time to get my prescriptions

Linda, Angie, Steph and Randy are amazing. Always so kind and polite, despite how busy they are at the time. Smiles on their faces and greet us with Hi, how are you doing today?

Why is the inside never open? Drive thru is slow when someone has questions……

Rude and hateful when I came to pick up. Called them 6 times and nobody answered the phone and when I expressed this because I talked to them yesterday and they didn’t tell me we had a problem, the woman hatefully told me I should of left a message and talked to me like I was a child. Her name was Stephanie. If I could give zero stars I would because I have never been talked to by someone like I was by her. Absolute terrible customer service.
